Sales, Return and Exchange Policy 

We are committed to delivering the highest quality wigs. As a result, once an order has been placed, refunds are not available if no fault is found with the product.All sales are final.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at strandsperfection4u@gmail.com. Once reviewed, if we determine that the product is faulty, we will offer an exchange or replacement. If the defect is not validated, the item will be returned to you without replacement.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on items that show any signs of use or alteration. This includes, but is not limited to, if the hair has been:

•  Brushed, combed, washed, or fingered through
• Cut or removed from the bundle
• Coloured or bleached
• Exposed to heat
• Damaged, ripped, or torn
• Exposed to strong odors

Refunds or exchanges will also not be issued if the unit has been altered or damaged in any way by the recipient.

 To be eligible for a faulty item exchange or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:

•  You must contact us via email at strandsperfection4u@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
• Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• The unit must be unworn, unaltered, with tags still attached, and returned in its original packaging
• The return shipment must be tracked

We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the 14-day period has passed.

Please note: If you refuse delivery of your order, you will receive store credit only, equal to the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
