By placing an order with Strands Perfection, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing Times

  • Custom Units: All wigs are custom-made and require 7–14 working days from order confirmation.

  • Closure Replacement Service: Requires 7 working days from the date your unit is received.
    This service is only available for wigs originally provided by Strands Perfection.

Shipping

All bespoke wigs dispatched within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (First Class).

This service includes:

  • Tracking

  • Signature required upon delivery

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates. You will be notified if there are any delays.

Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 working days

  • Europe: 3–5 working days

  • Rest of the World: 5–14 working days

Please note:

  • UK shipping is free.

  • International shipping fees:

    • Europe: £25

    • Rest of the world: £35

  • Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

  • Strands Perfection is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.

This applies to:

  • Hair extensions

  • Wigs

  • Closures

  • Frontals

  • Customized units

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once verified, a replacement will be arranged where applicable.

Faulty Items (Inspection Required)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If a fault is identified:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be returned within 7 days

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unbrushed

  • Lace and tags intact

  • In original packaging

  • Free from odors or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refund Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for items that:

  • Show signs of being worn

  • Contain any odor or scent

  • Have been brushed or altered

  • Have lace or tags removed

  • Show signs of tampering

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
