Our wigs are premium, professionally customized units suitable for weddings, birthdays, photoshoots, and special occasions.

Rental Period

• The standard rental duration is 5 days.

• The rental period begins on the day of collection.

• The wig must be returned on or before the agreed return date.

Late Returns

• Late returns will incur a fee of £20 per day.

• Continued failure to return the wig beyond the agreed period may result in additional charges.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit equivalent to 50% of the wig’s retail price is required.

• The deposit must be paid before collection.

• The deposit will be refunded after the wig has been inspected and confirmed to be in satisfactory condition.

Damage Deductions

• In the event of damage, a partial deduction will be taken from the deposit.

• The amount deducted will depend on the extent of the damage.

• Severe damage may result in a larger deduction or full deposit forfeiture.

• If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.

Collection Policy

• The wig must be collected in person.

• A condition assessment will be conducted prior to release.

• A video recording of the wig will be taken before pickup to document its condition.

• By collecting the wig, the client acknowledges and accepts the wig’s recorded condition.

Installation Policy

• All frontal wigs must be installed by us.

• External installation of frontal units is not permitted.

• This policy ensures proper application, lace protection, hygiene standards, and preservation of the wig’s quality.

• Installation fees may apply separately unless stated otherwise.

Styling

• The wig comes with simple styling included in the rental price.

• Any additional styling requests may incur an extra fee.

• Permanent alterations such as cutting, coloring, bleaching, or lace trimming are strictly prohibited.

Hygiene & Care Policy

Your safety and hygiene are extremely important to us.

• All wigs are thoroughly laundered, sanitized, and professionally cleaned after every rental.

• Each unit undergoes proper washing, conditioning, and restyling before being made available again.

• Clients can rest assured that strict hygiene standards are maintained.

During the rental period:

• A wig cap must be worn underneath the wig at all times.

• No additional products (gels, sprays, oils, glue, dye, or chemicals) should be applied.

• The wig must not be chemically treated or permanently altered.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in deposit deductions.

Condition & Damage Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for the wig during the rental period.

Examples of damages that may result in deductions include:

• Torn or cut lace

• Bald patches caused by mishandling

• Excessive product buildup

• Stains or odor

• Tangling or matting beyond normal wear

• Heat damage

• Missing accessories or packaging

The deduction will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.

If the wig is deemed irreparable or not returned, the client may be charged the full retail value.

Non-Return Policy

Failure to return the wig within the agreed timeframe may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Additional charges

• Full retail price charged if necessary.
